Monitored Hour Building Course Prices

The objective of the monitored hour building programme is to continue to develop students' flying skills during hour building and provide monitored preparation for future advanced flight training.

The course consists of general handling, development of pilot skills and, if required, introducing EFIS equipped aircraft.

During this period the student has full use of our facilities, ground school as appropriate and aircraft type conversion as required.

The programme consists of the purchase of blocks of hours (minimum 20 hours) which varies by type, as shown below.

Please note

Diesel aircraft prices include fuel and VAT.

Avgas aircraft prices include VAT but not fuel.

You must purchase a minimum of 20 hours to benefit from the above prices.

Diesel aircraft: the foregoing attractive pre-booked pricing is available for a maximum of two pre-booked slots per week and at the following times:

Morning: 08:00 – 10:30

Evening: 16:30 – 19:00 (winter)

 17:30 – 20:00 (summer)

One slot each week may be extended to a total of 5 hours.

Avgas aircraft: currently no time restrictions.

Slots can become available on a standby basis at other times during the day subject to aircraft availability but cannot be pre-booked.
